DOY 311-312 Nov 7-8, 2011 22:52Z – 05:58Z No HRPT data received from Ewa Beach.

DOY 311 Nov 7, 2011 12:45Z No MCSST data being received by ESPC from NAVO (N-18 and N-19). NAVO states that due to DATSMU network issues, no MCSST data will be available until problem is resolved.
