OPS49 J146 11:25Z PR4 Cat 2 data loss of 337 P/B seconds due to ground station problems at POGO

OPS54 J149 08:25Z spacecraft transitioned into Basic attitude control mode due to a gyro 1 bias shift. No impact to products. Problem under investigation
