Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

GOES-12 DOY122 10:01z multiple frame breaks due to an Imager instrument processor memory reset.

N15 Rev 72619 G2B lost due to no frame synch lock.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
ESPC is only receiving the MetOp HRPT (High Resolution Picture Transmission) data from the Monterey direct read-out site. The site is having problems transferring NOAA HRPT data to ESPC. Monterey is investigating this issue.

ESPC has not received any HRPT data sets from Cape Ferguson. An email Cape Ferguson staff has been notified and they are working on the problem.
