N19 DOY 179 12:20z. GAC5A lost due to an IJPS Svalbard ground station
problem. Under investigation.

to be unavailable from 1300 UTC on June 28 until 2100 UTC on June 29

FRAC M2 orbit B2432425.SV WAS not received.
