OPS54 DOY 192 10:08z CAT3 Data loss of 6587 s/c seconds due to a r/t AFSCN scheduling priority conflict.

OPS51 DOY192 13:32z CAT1 Data Loss of 5494 s/c seconds. Problem under investigation.
