Critical Weather Day has been declared by NWS
Date/Time of Expected End: February 27, 2013 18z00z
Reason: Due to prolonged heavy rain and river flooding over the Southeastern U.S. over the weekend into early next week and for the next winter storm expected to impact portions of the Central U.S. early next week.
