GOES
Note: The GOES-12 Sounder filter wheel issue is intermittent and can continue to cause pixel drop outs in data.

The (separate) GOES-12 Sounder noise has not gotten worse since last reported in November, however, it remains an issue which users should be aware of, most significantly in the shortwave (3 – 5 um) bands 13-18. Detector 2 data on the GOES-12 Sounder has exhibited the most noise.

No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.
