POES

NOAA-17 Rev 16432 at Fairbanks at 1900Z on Aug 19: L3B had B/S lock but no F/S lock. There was insufficient time in this pass to replay it in its entirety, but it was forward-played for 1 minute and then replayed which enabled us to recover 30%. DTR MGT will prevent another replay from the S/C on the next pass.

All POES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
