Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

GOES-12 DOY114 Imager frame breaks due to RFI at WCDA during the following times: 1050Z, 1127Z,1510Z, 1511Z

OPS51 DOY114 13:43z Cat 2 Data Loss of 372 s/c seconds due to a problem at McMurdo.

All DMSP operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
On April 21, 2012 @ 1419 UTC ESPC started receiving DMSP F-15 orbits with incorrect J/day and orbit numbers from FNMOC (Fleet Numerical Meteorological and Oceanographic Center), Monterey, Ca. The problem was corrected at FNMOC. ESPC is in the process of reshipping all backlogged DMSP F-15 orbits with the correct J/day and orbit numbers.
