No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

DMSP
Day 279 Oct. 6, 2011, 0248z: OPS-49 Category 2 Data Loss (Playback 187 seconds, Spacecraft 748 seconds) at Fairbanks. Light Fine playback was unrecoverable due to Data Tape Recorder management and short, low elevation support. Under investigation.

All other DMSP operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

JASON-2
Day 279 Oct. 6, 2011, 0136z-0851z: Jason-2 revs 15404, 15405, and 15406 Mass Memory reads were delayed due to a ground system issue at Fairbanks. Under investigation.

All other JASON-2 operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
Day 277 Oct. 4, 2011, ~0658z: AMSR-E instrument on NASA’s AQUA spacecraft spun down and stopped taking observations. The instrument is offline and the next status update is expected Oct. 11, 2011.

Day 278 Oct. 5, 2011, 1512z-1832z: ESPC received Metop
FRAC.M2.D11278.S1512.E1832.B2574243.SV fragmented. No granules were produced for this dataset. The problem is being investigated.

Day 279 Oct. 6, 2011, 0136z-0851z: Jason-2 revs 15404, 15405, and 15406 data were delayed and recovered later at the Usingen site.
