ESPC Reported data outage and delays
N15 rev 67461. GAC 2b lost. Problem under investigation.
N19 rev 11533 HRPT. Problems at CDA prevented first 8 min of HRPT
being recorded. Manual reship of HRPT could not be ingested into
the EPSC front-ends due to a known system problem.
