Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

OPS54 DOY003 05:47z CAT 3 data loss of 7263 S/C seconds CAT 2 data loss of 1164 S/C due to a LION ground station problem.

OPS51 DOY003 07:09Z CAT 2 Data Loss of 466 S/C seconds due to a POGO ground station problem
