GOES-13 (East) DOY032 Loss of 16:01z CONUS due to Wallops antenna issue that has been corrected.
All other GOES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery via GVAR or s/c health & safety.

DOY032 ~11:00Z: Usingen ground station technicians replaced the HPA to recover operational use.
DOY033 12:30Z: Usingen ground station antenna did not track and rev. 16934 will be recovered on the subsequent rev.
All other JASON-2 operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
DMet-9 outage from DOY032, Feb 1, 1400Z – DOY033, Feb 2, 0430Z due to DS3 line to Darmstadt being down. AT&T resolved.
FNMOC/AFWA/NAVO data delivery to NWS and ESPC outage from DOY032, Feb 1, 1936Z to DOY033, Feb 2, 0900Z due to communications line going down between DoD and Silver Spring. AT&T resolved.
