Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:
– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444
– To report an outage or document a problem, call the ESPC Operations Crew Lead at 301-457-5218. All LRIT data users are encouraged to report problems to: LRIT@noaa.gov
DOY 237
GOES
Following the earthquake, on DOY 236 at 13:26z (GOES-11 and GOES-12) and at 1331z (GOES-13) operations moved back to NSOF from Wallops WCDA. GOES-14 and GOES-15 ops remained at WCDA through DOY 236 for training purposes, and moved back to NSOF on DOY 237 00:49z (GOES-14) and 00:48z (GOES-15).
All other GOES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

POES
Following the earthquake, all POES ops moved back to NSOF from Wallops WCDA on DOY 236 at 22:30z.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
DAY 235 (Aug 23) 2128z – DOY 237 (Aug 25) 0402z: ESPC did not receive HRPT data from Cape Ferguson due to issues at remote station. Normal data flow has been restored.
