POES

DOY 299 – Fairbanks experience a power hit that damaged part of the 13M-B system.

N-17 rev 27746 at Fairbanks GAC3B was lost when then antenna system locked up. The GAC could not be recovered on an upcoming pass because the recorder was in use.
