Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444

– To report an outage or document a problem, call the ESPC Operations Crew Lead at 301-457-5218. All LRIT data users are encouraged to report problems to: LRIT@noaa.gov

DOY 297

GOES
All GOES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No aother nomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

POES
N19 DOY294 17:30z LAC 3B lost and 3786 of 5040 HRPT frames received due to a problem at WCDA.

All other POES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

DMSP
OPS54 DOY295 06:31z CAT 2 Data Loss 476 s/c seconds. Problem under investigation.

All other DMSP operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

JASON-2
J02 DOY 293 16:11z Failed support. All data recovered on the following Rev.

All other JASON-2 operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
DOY 294 ESPC did not receive DMSP F16 orbit 41326 due to a problem at FNMOC/Monterey

DOY 295 METOP-A FRAC data outage at 21:53z due to a s/c single event upset. FRAC data transmission returned on DOY296 by 20:11z with two instruments (ISAI and GOME) still pending recovery. GOME instrument data is expected back on DOY295 and ISAI data is expected back on line on DOY297.
