NOTES: At 291/1612z the DMSP launched OPS 53. As of this time everything appears nominal.

GOES GOES 10 DOY289/1500z. Mechanical problems with the 13M elevation drive caused multiple frame breaks. GOES-10 operations was switched to the 18M-A antenna
