– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444
– To report an outage or document a problem, call the ESPC Operations Crew Lead at 301-457-5218. All LRIT data users are encouraged to report problems to: LRIT@noaa.gov

DMSP
OPS49 rev 40279 site FBKS-A JD-271 15:59z: Site problems resulted in loss of commanding and crew was unable to command PR4 off. Spacecraft faded with recorder still running resulting in Cat2 LF data loss 236 sc/seconds 59 pbk seconds.
OPS49 rev 40304 site POGO-C JD-273 10:19z: Site problems turning around from a post ship playback. All data on this pass was delayed, and the Smooth was short. Played data passed LOS. CAT3 data loss 710 S/C seconds, 17.8 PBK seconds.
