Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444

GOES

GOES-12 Due to a small intermittent thruster leak (yaw error) residual INR errors are causing the grid to be shifted. Grid shifts occurred at the following times: J130 16:15Z, 18:15Z to 18:45Z and J132 17:45Z. Engineers are working to characterize a predictable INR impact when the thruster leak occurs in order make the appropriate ground system modifications before significant grid shifts are encountered.
