ESPC Reported data outage and delays
DOY 084 March 25, 2011 1413-1616 UTC DMSP/SSMI F-18 rev. 07384 is lost.
Monterey reports the loss was due to system problems.

DOY 085 March 26, 2011 1119 UTC N-15 rev. 66895 HRPT data lost
because pass was too noisy at Miami to process.

DOY 087 March 28, 2011 0431-0905 UTC ESPC did not receive ERS2 data
(UWIX, UWAX, URAX) from UK (United Kingdom). Reason for outage is
unknown at this time.

DOY 087 March 28, 2011 0332 UTC ESPC is not receiving any DMSP/SSMI/S
data from Monterey. They are investigating the problem.
