OPS53 DOY 198 17:15z data loss of 6070 s/c seconds due to a ground system problem. Under investigation.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
F-18 DOY 198 rev.08994 SSMI/S Data lost
DCS portion LRIT has been down since since DOY 197 11:19z. Under
investigation.
Cape Ferguson data outage; ESPC has not received Cape Ferguson since J/Day 197 at 2245 UTC.
