SATOPS Morning Report: Monday, July 02, 2012

Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

GOES
All GOES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery via GVAR or s/c health & safety.

All POES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
GOES-West
Date/Time: June 30th, 2012
ESPC did not received the 2015, 2030, 2100, 2145, 2200, and 2215
West images on the GINI NPORT. The re-mappers were stopped and restarted and data was resumed.

EOS OMI Data Outage
Date/Time of Initial Impact: July 02, 2012 J/Day 184 1749 UTC
Date/Time of Expected End: July 03, 2012 J/Day 185 1749 UTC
Details: OMI data will not be available on EOS Box. The OMI will enter scheduled Zoom mode 24 hours later and the data will be missed during the event.

GOES-West
Date/Time: July 02, 2012
ESPC did not receive the 0400, 0410, 0415, 0430, and 0440 West
images on the GINI NPORT. The remappers were stopped and restarted and data was resumed.

F16 SSMI:
Date: July 1, 2012
ESPC didn’t receive DMSP F16 Rev. 44882 which is considered lost per Monterey.
