Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:
– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444
– To report an outage or document a problem, call the ESPC Operations Crew Lead at 301-457-5218. All LRIT data users are encouraged to report problems to: LRIT@noaa.gov

NOTE: GOES-13 supporting GOES-East operations as of J350 03:40Z due to the GOES-12 thruster leak anomaly. Switchover of GOES-east operations back to GOES-12 is scheduled to occur on January 6th. GOES-12 INR recover operations begin today. For users pointing directly to GOES-12 and obtaining GOES-13 GVAR: At 15:00Z on 1/5/09, GOES-12 GVAR will commence directly from GOES-12, but image navigation and registration may be out of desired specifications for a period of time. Users may want to consider adjusting their antennae to obtain GVAR directly from GOES-13.
