Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444

DOY 003

GOES
All GOES operations were nominal over the past 96 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

POES
DOY 001 N15 GAC 5A Rev 65693 lost due to use of a bad satellite recorder.
DOY 001 N19 GAC 4A and 4B Rev 9781 last 22 frames not received.
DOY 002 N19 LAC 5A Rev 9800 short (74%) because antenna tracking stopped
4 minutes into pass.

All other POES operations were nominal over the past 96 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

DMSP
All DMSP operations were nominal over the past 96 hours.

JASON-2
All JASON-2 operations were nominal over the past 96 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety

ESPC Reported data outage
Since DOY 362 ESPC has not received HRPT data from Cape Ferguson.

DOY 001 DMSP SSMI/S F-18 Rev. 06203, F-16 Rev. 37170 and F-17 Rev. 21449 were not received at ESPC.

DOY 002 N-19 LAC Rev. 9800 was not received at ESPC.

DOY 003 0753Z – 1213Z ESPC did not receive ERS-2 (UWAX) data from UK (United Kingdom). Reason for data outage in unknown.
