Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:
– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444

NOTES: GOES-12 SXI troubleshooting will continue today.
GOES-11: One image and one sounding missed (042/ ~ 2321Z) due to a ground system problem between SOCC and Wallops.
GOES-11: One image missed (043/0930Z) due to a schedule suspend and subsequent recovery.

POES
NOAA-18; rev 8915; FCDAS; 042/1631Z: During the support the FCDAS 13-meter B antenna did not lock onto the signal correctly. FCDAS personnel quickly recovered and regained proper track. Recovered 89.1% of the GAC2A data and 81.5% of the GAC3A data. Data replay was not possible due to recorder management.
