DOY 038

February 7, 2011: NSOF Fire alarm at 1040Z. All personnel evacuated.
GOES and POES operations turned over to CDAs. One DMSP pass in progress (non prime). All clear given at 1115Z and operations returned to NSOF from CDAs. Staff returned to ops floor and cleaned up DMSP. Fire alarm cause was faulty switch in water suppression system; replacement part is being obtained and will be replaced.

All GOES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

ESPC Reported data outage
The February 03, 2011 ESPC 1/16 mesh snow depth files for northern and southern hemispheres were lost due to system maintenance at AFWA.

February 6, 2011, ESPC missed the GOES-13 0815Z and 0830Z images,
G-13(East) CONS – 08:32 UTC; NHEM – 08:15 UTC, G-11(West) FDSK – 06:00 UTC.

ESPC did not receive HRPT data from Cape Ferguson from February 05, 2011 1040 UTC through February 06, 2011 1055 UTC

ESPC was informed by MIAMI N-15 HRPT rev. 66210 (February 06, 2011 0855
UTC) was lost due to no good lines for that low elevation pass.

No AURA OMI (Ozone Monitoring Instrument) data are available February 06, 2011 ~1625Z through February 07, 2011 ~1625Z while the instrument is in scheduled Zoom mode.
