IJPS Communication Link Down: DOY 357 20:12Z through DOY 358 14:40z impacting Usingen supports. All Usingen Jason-2 acquisitions moved to Fairbanks and Wallops CDAS.
All other JASON-2 operations were nominal over the past 96 hours.

ESPC Reported data outage
DOY 361 ESPC is not receiving Windsat data from Monterey (FNMOC). The problem is being investigated.
DOY 357 20:12Z through DOY 358 14:40z: ESPC did not receive METOP GDS data, N19 GAC from Svalbard, or Jason-2 data from Usingen due to an IJPS Telecom problem.
