OPS-47, rev 55396, BOSS-D, 0950Z – Smooth data not received by user in real-time. Data went to tape. Several reships were attempted but failed or resulted in errors. User declared a CAT-1 data loss of 154.075 seconds of playback data.

All other DMSP operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
