ESPC Reported data outage and delays
DOY345 Issues with polar Prod server caused delay of products being generated and distributed from 0100z through 0310z.

On December 9,2012 from 1749 UTC until December 10, 2012 1749 UTC, OMI data was not available due to a scheduled EOS outage.
