SATOPS Morning Report: Monday, April 09, 2012

Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:
– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444

DOY 100

GOES
GOES-12, GOES-13 and GOES-15: DOY099 13:55z numerous frame breaks due to RFI at WCDA

GOES-15 DOY099 14:54z numerous frame breaks due to RFI at WCDA

All other GOES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery via GVAR or s/c health & safety.

All POES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

JASON-2
All JASON-2 operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
On April 06, 2012 at 1440z the DMSP SSMI F15 rev. 63660 and F-18 rev. 12720 were not received from FNMOC.

On April 07, 2012 at 0600z until April 07, 2012 at 0944z no North and South Cloud data was received due to system problems at AFWA.

On April 08, 2012 at 0500 UTC no North and South Cloud data was received for the 0200z and 0300z due to system problems at AFWA.

On April 07, 2012 at 0316z until April 07, 2012 0749z DMSP data (F-15, F-16, F-17, F-18) was not received due to system problems at AFWA.

On April 06, 2012 at 1630z until April 07, 2012 2326z ESPC stopped receiving EWA Beach data. Reason for outage is unknown. Messages were sent to data provider.
