SATOPS Morning Report: Monday, April 02, 2012

Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

DOY 093

GOES
March 31, 2012, 1432Z-1645Z: GOES-13 commanding issue, possibly due to a network anomaly; no impact to INR and some housekeeping activities were delayed. Commanding and housekeeping nominal again; root cause investigation ongoing.

April 1, 2012, 1054Z: GOES-12 one frame break due to BER at Wallops CDA.

All other GOES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery via GVAR or s/c health & safety.

POES
All POES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

DMSP
March 31, 2012, 1357Z: Ops 47 Rev. 87855 REEF-A could not get 10K telemetry; 2K telemetry OK. MIR was opened.

All other DMSP operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

JASON-2
March 31, 2012, 0132Z: Jason-2 Usingen Rev 17671 data delayed due to hung workstation; all data recovered on subsequent revs.

All other JASON-2 operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
March 31, 2012, 0000Z – 1835Z: Due to a hard drive crash at Boulder, ESPC did not receive the WINDS Profiler data during this period.
