Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:
– For questions about data quality (noisy data, dropouts, schedules), GOES or POES products, or status of spacecraft can call the SAB Shift Supervisor at 301-763-8444
– To report an outage or document a problem, call the ESPC Operations Crew Lead at 301-457-5218. All LRIT data users are encouraged to report problems to: LRIT@noaa.gov

GOES

POES
N15 J91 rev 46173 FBKS 0455z Scheduled playback of GAC3A was interrupted at 9540 frames received. ANT=B was placed into Program Track by FBKS technicians when the Autotrack mode malfunctioned. GAC3A was replayed due to a loss of antenna track during playback. The second GAC3A playback was interrupted at LOS of support resulting in data loss of 7%. Total frames recovered: 11200 out of 12040. GAC3A is not recoverable due to DTR management.

DMSP
OPS54 J89 23:07Z CAT-2 Data loss of 622 s/c seconds due to a processor reset
