– To report an outage or document a problem, call the ESPC Operations Crew Lead at 301-457-5218. All LRIT data users are encouraged to report problems to: LRIT@noaa.gov

All POES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

DMSP
OSP51 DOY195 16:05z Cat1 data loss of 955 s/c seconds due to a problem at the user site.

All other DMSP operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.

JASON-2
All JASON-2 operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
A planned 1 hour Network and Products Outage for July 14, 2011 was executed from 0900-1000z in order to perform a firewall upgrade. As a result of this activity users experienced problems accessing some GOES level 2/2+ products until the network issues were resolved at approximately 18:30z.
