SATOPS Morning Report: Friday, December 28, 2012

Customers or users who want to call to ask about problems or report outages can use the following contacts:

Critical Weather Day ended at 1200Z this morning.

GOES
All GOES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery via GVAR or s/c health & safety.

All POES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

DMSP
27 Dec 2012 1134Z Ops-53 CAT 1 data loss (spacecraft seconds/5718 playback seconds/194.5) at BOSS-B Schreiver due to DOMSAT antenna cable issue that has now been fixed.

All other DMSP operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

JASON-2
All JASON-2 operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
No anomalies affecting product delivery or s/c health & safety.

ESPC Reported data outage and delays
ESPC still has not received HRPT data from Cape Ferguson since 04:27z on December 19, 2012. No estimate available on return to service.
ESPC reports that DMSP F-17 rev. 31712 was deleted per FNMOC (Fleet Numerical Meteorological and Oceanographic Center).
