OPS49 remains in Nominal Basic mode.

All DMSP operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.

POES

NOAA-17 rev 4582 / F at 2115z on May 12: G2A short due to noise on playback with only 88.5% recovered.  100% G2A recovered on rev 4583 / F.

NOAA-17 rev 4578 / W at 1439z and rev 4579 / W at 1619z on May 12:  Turned STX4 transmitter on for a rev for testing and then turned it off.

NOAA-11 rev 75455 / W at 1530z on May 12:  Uploaded ozone profile to Flex memory segments for continued tests.

All POES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.

GOES

GOES-8 continues its westward drift at 1.06 deg/day.

The GOES-9 East West maneuver, originally scheduled for May 13 at 0217z, was postponed.  Plans are being made to recycle AOCE2 (or possibly swap to AOCE1) later this week while in Safe Hold Mode.  A May 22 operational start date for GOES-9 imaging operations is still planned.
