POES

NOAA-16 rev 14083 / W at 1711z on June 16:  Uplinked commands per RCP 16_105_1 to switch SBUV diffuser encoder from primary to backup.

GOES

At 1422z on June 16, a GOES-12 frame break was observed and attributed to loss of signal synchronization.

At 1630z on June 16, GOES-12 SXI offset commanding was executed as per engineering direction.

GOES-8 continues its westward drift at 1.06 deg/day. The drift table with the estimated current position can be found at http://www.oso.noaa.gov/goes/GOES-8_Drift_Table.txt.
