GOES
At 2349Z on August 13, 0001Z, and 0010Z on August 14, GOES-9 frame breaks were observed and attributed to frequency interference at the CDA.
At 1851Z, 1900Z, 1915Z on August 13, some GOES-10 image degradation was observed and attributed to
local BER.
