SATOPS MORNING REPORT March 23, 2001
POES
No change in the status of the POES spacecraft.
NOAA-14 rev 32098 / F at 0317Z: GAC2B received noisy from spacecraft
with 99% of the expected data recovered.
Recorder management prevented replay from spacecraft.
The NOAA-11 SBUV grating began operating in a limited range at ~082/0011Z.
It returned to its normal operating range at
~082/0738Z. The total time was ~7.5 hours or ~4.5 revs.
The maximum motor temperature reached was ~28 C.
POES operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
DMSP
No change in the status of the DMSP spacecraft.
OPS47 rev 30927 / POGO/B at 14:11Z on March 22: Disabled BAPTA
Heater per SCCR 47-138
DMSP operations were nominal over the past 24 hours.
GOES
No change in the status of the GOES spacecraft.
All eclipse operations nominal.
At 0415Z on March 23, a GOES-10 frame break was observed and attributed
to loss of signal synchronization.
