POES

No change in the status of the POES spacecraft.

NOAA-14 rev 33309 / W at 2141Z on June 16:  Stored command table
load failure.  The load failed at the very end of the load process.
The Stored Command Table (SCT) was not started by the end of the pass as
a result of the failed load.  100% of L2B was lost due to table not
running in back orbit.  During the next rev (rev 33310 / F), GAC5A
was commanded to record and 100% of the LAC1A and GAC3A data sets were
recovered.  As a result of the late start, the GAC5A data set was
received short (90% was recovered) on rev 33311 / F.  The good news
is that, due to excellent crew support, GAC3A was left in record until
GAC5A was manually placed in record on rev. 33310F, ensuring continuous
GAC coverage.

The T1 went down this morning at 0624Z and has not yet returned to service.
The FCDAS continues to take all passes in the normal mode while the T1
is down.  No data has been lost as a result of this T1 outage.
Investigations continue with MCI Worldcom.

POES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.

DMSP

No change in the status of the DMSP spacecraft.

OPS48 rev 21654 R+08 POGO/C at 15:59Z on June 15:  USER declared
CAT III data loss.  The 2nd quarter orbit was not usable due to noisy
data.  Attempted SAVOR playback from site but same result (44.05 playback
sec, 1762 spacecraft secs).

DMSP operations were otherwise nominal over the past 72 hours.

GOES

No change in the status of the GOES spacecraft.

At 1409Z and 1433Z on June 15, GOES-10 frame breaks were observed and
attributed to high BER (unknown).

At 1708Z and 1723Z on June 15, GOES-10 frame breaks were observed and
attributed to high BER (weather).

At 2115Z on June 16, a GOES-10 frame break was observed and attributed
to loss of signal synchronization.

On June 16, the GOES T-1 lines were down from 1917Z to 1942Z.
The modems were recycled and service was restored without incident.
No payload data lost as WCDAS took control.

GOES-10 North/South Maneuver:  A GOES-10 North/South maneuver is
scheduled for June 19 at 2137Z.  No Imaging or Sounding scan operations
will be available from 2100Z to 2259Z.  GOES-8 will provide Full Disk
imaging from 2045Z to 2314Z.

GOES operations were nominal over the past 72 hours.
