TROPICAL STORM BILL

Tropical Storm Bill was located over the Gulf of Mexico near 28.8N 91.5W at 15:00 UTC. Bill
has been moving northward at 12 knots with maximum sustained winds estimated at 50 knots,
gusts to 60 knots.

FIRES IN OREGON AND CALIFORNIA
