Command Transmission & Verification
Operations

There were no Voyager 1 command
operations during the period.

Voyager 2 command operations
consisted of the uplink of seven bracketed command loss timer resets sent
on five-minute centers using 0.5 Hz steps on 01/05 [DOY 005/2102z].  The
spacecraft received three of the seven commands sent.

Sequence Generation Operations

Development of CCSL B131 continues.

Data Return Operations

Voyager 1 Data Processing and
Operations:

There were 92.0 hours of DSN scheduled support for Voyager 1 of which 49.7
hours were large aperture coverage. One real-time change occurred on 01/04
[DOY 004] when 2.5 hours of DSS-15 support was released to support MRO.  The
total actual support for the period was 89.5 hours of which 49.7 hours were
large aperture coverage.  There were no significant outages.

Science instrument performance was nominal for all activities during this
period.  One frame of GS-4 data was recorded this week.  A second frame of
GS-4 data was recorded on day 365.  The EDR backlog is 23 days.

Voyager 2 Data Processing and
Operations:

There were 80.4 hours of DSN scheduled support for Voyager 2 of which 49.5
hours were large aperture coverage. Three real-time changes were made during
the period.  The first two changes released 0.8 hours and 3.8 hours of DSS-43
support to MRO on 01/04 [DOY 004] and 01/05 [DOY 005] respectively.  The
third real-time change occurred on 01/05 [DOY 005] when DSS-45 supported
5.0 hours in place of DSS-43 down due to antenna problems [DR 104673].  The
total actual support for the period was 75.8 hours of which 39.9 hours were
large aperture coverage.  There were no significant outages.

Science instrument performance was nominal for all activities during this
period.  One frame of GS-4 data was recorded this week.  The EDR backlog
is 22 days.

Flight System Performance

Voyager 1 performance was nominal
during this report period.  Activity included a PMPCAL on ¼ (DOY 004).

Voyager 2 performance was nominal
during this report period.
