Description
NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial services: Aircraft Support Services to obtain access to various aircraft types and platforms to support NASA’s Airborne Science Program, provide management and operation of aircraft, airport, and other related services to meet the continuing requirements of NASA’s scientific customers and other reimbursable projects, and incentivize utilization of related Government-owned facilities for commercialization.
The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 481219 and $6 Million, respectively.
The anticipated release date of the RFP-52838-GBX is on or about August 19, 2004 with a response due date of September 20, 2004.
All responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency.
An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note “B”.
The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
