SUBJECT: Revision to Publication Date of Final Commercial Orbital Transportation Services Demonstrations Announcement, COTS-01-05

Due to the significant number of questions and comments received on the draft announcement and the pending resolution of key legal items in the draft Space Act Agreement, the final announcement soliciting COTS proposals is expected to be released on or about January 18. The revised due date for proposals will be provided in the final announcement. Questions and answers, updates to the technical library, and other related documents and information are planned to be published on this website prior to the release of the final announcement.

Continue to monitor the COTS website as listed in the draft announcement for additional updates.
