Dr. Norman Lewis (Washington State University) was interviewed on
June 8, 2018, by Hannah Whisenant of Northwest Public Broadcasting
about his research. In the segment entitled “Plants in Space: Not Your
Average Garden Variety Cosmos Exploration,” he discusses his study of
Arabidopsis thaliana growth in space. His current project was
launched in May 2018 and is now growing in the Advanced Plant Habitat
