The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) George C. Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) is releasing a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Exploration Technology Development Program and Propulsion and Cryogenic Advanced Development Project.
This BAA will solicit conceptual design studies intended to develop throttling cryogenic (liquid oxygen/liquid hydrogen) pump fed liquid propellant rocket engine concept solutions for both single and multiple engine propulsion systems.
Upon its release date on or about March 24, 2009, this BAA will be available electronically through FedBizOpps.gov.
Participation is open to all categories of organizations, foreign and domestic, including industry, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, NASA centers, and other Government agencies.
Electronically submitted Notices of Intent to propose are requested by March 17, 2009 to email@example.com. NOI should include the company name, address, point of contact, phone number and email address.
