RECOVERY – THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SMALL BUSINESS INNOVATION RESEARCH AND SMALL BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER RESEARCH FIRMS THAT HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE OF INTENT UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY ACT AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009.
NSSC intends to make several contract awards to procure research and development services in support of the small business program funded by the Recovery Act.

This announcement will not result in a Request for Proposal; this announcement is for informational purposes only.
