Description

RECOVERY – This action is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This task order 060 is to expand the number of people who can access data contained in the Terrestrial Observation and Prediction System (TOPS) tool for Earth Science research.

This award notice is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The task order is issued under an existing Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract NNA08CG83C, which was made on a competitive basis. Due to the variability of this research and development work a cost plus fixed fee task order was determined appropriate.
