Description
The ADAM Scout Team is competitively seeking a prospective spacecraft partner to assist it in the preparation of a Mars Scout proposal to be submitted to NASA Headquarters. The ADAM Scout will be a Mars orbiter that will define Mars atmospheric structure, compostion and climate over a full annual cylce.
This will enable the ADAM Science Team to address the impacts on atmospheric evolution and the potential for life, the presence of methane and water, and, the aero-braking, aero-capture, and, Entry, Descent and Landing (EDL) needs of future missions. Potential partners are shall deliver their responses to Gary Golinski at NASA Glenn Research Center, MS 500-306, 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44135 on or before June 2, 2006 5:00 PM EDT. Please provide 10 copies.
