NASA Solicitation NNH15ZEA001N-SMARTNAS change proposal due date to 01/28/16

NASA has decided to extend the proposal due date for solicitation NNH15ZEA001N-SMARTNAS to 01/28/16, in order to collect the Total Budget and the Proposal document in separate files as stated in the 2015 ROA solicitation.

In order to accomplish that, a new proposal needs to be created under a new Response Structure. In the old structure, there was only one proposal document available. The new response structure will allow you to upload two documents. When creating your new proposal in NSPIRES, use “Solicitation” as your source instead of “NOI”.
