Description
NASA/HQ plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Enterprise Architecture services. The contractor shall implement, populate and maintain a NASA Enterprise Architecture (EA) which shall comply with the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) guidelines and approach. NASA anticipates awarding awarding 1 (one) Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum value of $100,000.00 and a potential maximum value of $3,200,000.00. The contract shall have a base period of 3 (three) years with 2 (two) one-year options which may be awarded unilaterally with a 60-day notice to the Contractor.
The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26.
This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1.
The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541511 and $21.0M, respectively.
All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about 04 November 2005 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about 07 December 2005
An ombudsman has been appointed — See NASA Specific Note “B”.
